Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Wayne Creative Alliance Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and video production services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
1. General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for any digital products or video production services will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
If the cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or communicated to vendors or merchants, and the production process has been initiated, the request may not be accepted.
2. Non-Cancellable Products
We do not accept cancellation requests for certain digital products, such as downloadable content, completed video projects, or any other products or services that have been delivered or are in the process of delivery.
3. Cancellation of Video Production Services
For video production services, cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the service order and before the production work (such as script writing, concept development, shooting, editing, etc.) has commenced.
Once production work has begun, cancellation is no longer possible, and charges for services completed up to the cancellation date will apply.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and determine whether a refund or replacement is applicable.
For defective digital products, our team will investigate the issue and may provide a solution, which could include redelivery of the digital product or other resolutions.
5. Product Not as Described
If the digital product or service you receive does not match what was presented on our website or does not meet your expectations, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The Customer Service team will review your complaint and take the appropriate action.
6. Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment used during the purchase.
7. Products with Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues or complaints should be referred directly to the manufacturer.
